An unanimous initiative of the DTCC drivers, teams and the promotor caused the Dutch ASN to ask the FIA to grant an international status to the DTCC. Catalyst for this interesting move is the on going enhancement of professionalism of this Royal Class of the motorsports in the Netherlands.
This new policy will be launched as of the first race during Eastern at the track of Zandvoort (The Netherlands), subject to FIA approval.
To achieve this higher international standard, the following actions will be implemented:

One small problem is already envisaged: most Dutch team managers understand the German language, but interpreting German technical regulations in the right way is something different.
