On Tuesday July 11, 2000 the Dutch National Court of Appeal will judge the appeal brought by Carly Motors of the Netherlands against the decision of the Stewards of the Meeting.
The Stewards excluded Carly's BMW due to alleged technical non-conformity (valves). Although the case looks simple at the first sight, it is expected that Carly/BMW will use all available procedural means to nullify said decision. A lot of championship points and a reputation are at stake.
In order to prevent any conflict of interest, Motorsportlaw.org will not defend Carly/BMW.
