Motorsport law lectures at Cranfield University (UK)

Breus van der Horst has been called in by the Cranfield University at Cranfield, Bedfordshire, to share his knowledge in the field of motorsportslaw with the delegates of the Motorsport Engineering and Management course.
This new course aims to become instrumental in developing the next generation of engineers, designers and managers in world motorsport.
Topics of the legal module of this MSc programme include:
1. contracts in motor sports
2. protection and commercialisation of technical know how
3. sponsoring
4. FIA regulations
5. Dispute resolution in motor sports
6. Case studies

This course is being supported by major motorsport players, such as (in alphabetical order) Benetton, Jaguar, Jordan, Motorsport Industry Association and others.
The Motorsport Engineering and Management course starts as of Oct. 9th next.
